01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the mil44 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at mil44.bet.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the mil44 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player following successful registration and verification on mil44.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on any game, sport, or event offered through mil44.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or reward issued by mil44 to a Player's account that is subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary transactional currency of the mil44 platform.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process that mil44 requires all Players to complete.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to all registered Players.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on mil44, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full. This acceptance forms a legally binding contract between you and mil44.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the mil44 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials or verbal representations, these Terms shall prevail.

mil44 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

03 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on mil44, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or operating a shared account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from mil44 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, agent, or supplier of mil44 or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member of such persons.
• You are opening an account solely for personal, recreational use and not for any commercial or professional betting operation.

mil44 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved. Any winnings accumulated prior to a failed age verification check may be voided and forfeited.

04 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the mil44 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. mil44 actively monitors for duplicate registrations and will close all related accounts upon detection, with any associated balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mil44 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mil44 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

mil44 may require you to complete a full KYC verification at any stage of your account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Standard documents requested include a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on mil44 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast / 1LINK interbank transfer, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Retail Cash Deposit, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your mil44 account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are generally processed within 5 to 10 minutes. Retail cash deposits and crypto transactions may take between 15 and 30 minutes depending on network conditions.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds are not directly withdrawable until wagering requirements are met).
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• mil44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual or disproportionate to your deposit history.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

mil44 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which mil44 accepts no responsibility.

06 Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on mil44 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, game, or event. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable across all mil44 markets include the following:

• A bet is confirmed only once a unique transaction reference has been issued to the Player by the platform. Bets pending confirmation are not considered placed.
• mil44 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to technical fault or human error — and will refund the stake to the Player's account.
• Live in-play bets are subject to acceptance latency. mil44 cannot guarantee bet acceptance on rapidly changing markets, and bets submitted during this window may be declined without penalty to either party.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, suspended, or significantly altered, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules published on the platform at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum bet limits and payout caps apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of wager confirmation.
• mil44 reserves the right to limit stakes on individual accounts or markets where unusual betting patterns are detected.

For PSL and international cricket markets specifically, the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board at the conclusion of the match shall be the result used for settlement purposes.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

mil44 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer. These general clauses apply to all mil44 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the stated time window. Unused bonus funds that expire prior to fulfilment of wagering requirements are automatically forfeited.
• A Player is entitled to claim each welcome offer once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account, or after having previously received it, constitutes bonus abuse.
• mil44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already in progress for an individual Player will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bets placed on certain games or markets — as specified in the individual promotion terms — may not contribute to, or may contribute at a reduced rate towards, wagering requirements.
• Winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds, without any real-money wager being made alongside or prior to them, may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in the relevant promotion.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mil44 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or exploitation of insider information on sporting events.
• Arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit pricing discrepancies across markets in bad faith.
• Laundering funds through the platform or using mil44 for any transaction associated with criminal activity.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location when registering or maintaining a mil44 account.
• Transferring funds between Player accounts or accepting funds from third parties into your account.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known technical error must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, promotional claim limits, or self-exclusion.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the mil44 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, logos, text, imagery, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of mil44 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the mil44 platform without prior written consent.

The mil44 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the platform and may not be used in any context without express authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

mil44 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from downtime, technical faults, or third-party service disruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mil44 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or the responsible gaming policy.
• Interruptions to live betting markets caused by events outside mil44's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, or third-party infrastructure failure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mil44's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

mil44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. By registering a mil44 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

Personal information collected during registration and subsequent use of the platform — including KYC documents, transaction records, and usage data — is used for account administration, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. mil44 does not sell personal data to third-party commercial entities.

12 Responsible Gaming

mil44 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools available to all registered Players aged 21 and above:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour reflection period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the platform beyond your chosen duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing without permanent closure.

13 Amendments to Terms

Any amendments become effective on the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the mil44 platform after the stated effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date shall be the version in force at any given time.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising between a Player and mil44, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through the mil44 internal complaints procedure. To initiate a complaint, Players should contact the support team at the email address provided in Section 15. mil44 undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter may be referred to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body recognised under the applicable gaming licence framework.
